Evening appointments - Park House Surgery is working jointly with Heatherside Surgery and Lightwater Surgery on a rota basis to provide GP and Practice Nurse appointments in the evening, Monday to Friday, until 8pm.  Patients of all participating practices may be able to make an evening appointment at one of the surgeries.

All patients, including children, have been allocated a named accountable GP.  You can book an appointment with your named GP or with any other clinician of your choice, subject to availability.   If you are unsure of your named GP, please contact reception or discuss with your clinician at your next appointment.
