You can see, therefore, that we aim to provide a high quality service and are very interested in hearing any constructive comments you may have.

The practice has an in-house complaints procedure as specified by the Department of Health, and we will always welcome the opportunity to deal with any part of our service that is causing you concern. Please contact our practice manager by letter or telephone to take advantage of this service. Your complaint will be investigated quickly and you will be advised of any findings in line with our complaints policy.

We also welcome any compliments you may have – they can be a wonderful morale booster!
