You can now access certain aspects of your medical record online. Please note that for confidentiality reasons the online service is presently restricted to those over the age of 16.
Patient Access will give you access to certain aspects of your medical record, namely medications and allergies.
Patient Access is the convenient way to:
- Book/cancel appointments with a doctor 24/7
- Order your repeat prescription – please note that you will still need to allow 2 working days for us to process your prescription request. Please help avoid wasted medicines by only ordering what you need.
- View details of your medications and recorded allergies.
- Access your medical records online via the Patient Access Service. This service will allow you to view online, export or print detailed coded information held in your record. If you are an existing Patient Access user you will need to have your account upgraded by the surgery.
